Casualties Volleyball
Client's vision
Nottingham Casualties is a friendly volleyball club run by volunteers. They recognized, that their old website was outdated and wasn’t usable on mobile devices. They needed a modern website, that would allow people looking for sports activities find information about their training and allow visitors to contact club representatives.
Our Interpretation
Client needed a fresh approach to usable website, that would provide information about the club itself and the volleyball activities it offers. To achieve this we’ve used clean and minimalistic design with plenty of white space, some pictures of the team and displayed the clubs’ location and training times, also offering an easy way to add training reminder to visitors’ online calendars.
The result
While the old website has been offline for a while, it basically disappeared from Google. With combined effort of social media informational campaign and the right use of on-site SEO, we managed to boost it in search rankings and Casualties relatively quickly climbed to the first page of Google.
Volleyball enthusiasts in Nottingham soon started discovering the club. They were sending enquiries via easily accessible built-in contact form. As a result the numbers of players was rising steadily to levels, that would ensure a good ROI and sustainable growth of the club.
